Players are supported by trained coaches in a safe, welcoming environment that celebrates ability and belonging.
Football Futures have been an incredible support in helping Carramar Shamrock Rovers establish and grow our All-Abilities program. From the very beginning, their team provided invaluable guidance, encouragement, and practical support to turn an idea into a reality.
One of the biggest strengths has been the support they provide during our Sunday matches. Their presence, organisation, and hands-on involvement ensure that every game runs smoothly and that the players, families, and volunteers all feel supported. This consistent match-day guidance has given our players the confidence to enjoy their football, knowing they are in a safe, structured, and positive environment.
Thanks to Football Futures’ ongoing support, our All-Abilities team has flourished. What started with just a handful of players has now grown into a vibrant and thriving group, with participants not only enjoying football but also gaining opportunities to join mainstream teams. The positive impact on the kids, their families, and our wider club community has been extraordinary.
Carramar Shamrock Rovers are proud to work alongside Football Futures, and we are deeply grateful for their dedication to inclusion and community. Their passion has truly helped us create a program that changes lives both on and off the field.
