Football Futures Foundation is an award-winning organisation recognised at state and national levels for leadership in inclusion, community impact and innovation through sport.

We have been named Community Service Provider of the Year by the WA Disabled Sport Association and recognised as a finalist at the WA Sport Awards in 2023 and winner of the 2025 WA Sport Awards Organisation of the Year for organisational excellence and inclusive initiatives.

Football Futures Foundation operates a 100% lived-experience employment model, meaning every member of our workforce has personal lived experience connected to the communities we serve, including disability, multicultural and refugee backgrounds, or other forms of social disadvantage.

This ensures our programs are designed and delivered by people who truly understand the barriers participants face, creating authentic, culturally safe and inclusive environments.
